Horrible Histories is coming to the Jetty with its West End production of Barmy Britain. It’s the history of Britain with the nasty bits left in!
Arrival & Entry
The grounds will open 30 minutes before the show. Latecomers may not be admitted, so please allow plenty of time. We recommend you factor in full journey time such as transport and walking to the venue. Please go straight to box office hut on the jetty and adhere to social distancing while queuing. Large bags and holdalls will not be allowed. All persons booked in bubble or block booking must arrive together at entrance.
COVID & Operation
Face coverings are mandatory during the performance and recommended for use throughout your visit. Adhere to social distancing throughout. Seats have been placed with social distancing.
Tickets have been sold in bubbles of 2 or 4s. Yourself and your party must enter as your bubble at the same time, arriving together for entry. The lead booker and as such ticket holder for the bubble takes responsibility for their bubble and acts nominated contact should it be needed for the bubble.
The Jetty is COVID secure. There is a 3 meter gap between stage and Row A. Each Row/Area of seating is 1m-2m apart and social distancing is in practice.
There is no working box office to book or amend. You must turn up with your E-Tickets and ideally confirmation email.
No refunds or credits if any persons in your bubble do not attend or if you require less persons, due to COVID guidelines The Jetty can only sell by set bubbles.
Exchange & cancellation & weather
Tickets once purchased cannot be cancelled or exchanged unless the show is cancelled. Adverse weather may mean the show goes ahead and therefore you are not permitted to a refund, only in the sole event the show does not go ahead will a refund be permitted.
Tickets are not refundable should advertised persons be off, understudied and suitable changes made to the show.
