At Ticketline, we are committed to ensuring that all customers are supported throughout the ticket booking process and have an enjoyable time at each show. Accessibility accommodations vary from venue to venue, and we recommend that if you require venue specific information that you check the venue website or contact the venue directly.

Booking accessibility tickets

We will sell accessible tickets wherever possible. In some cases, you’ll need to contact the venue for more information on their accommodations. In the majority of cases we offer free tickets for companions/ personal assistants alongside a general admission ticket. In order to book a ticket for a companion or personal assistant at no extra cost, please contact Customer Services by calling 0161 813 2222 or sending an email to customerservices@ticketline.co.uk. In some instances we require proof of accessibility needs. This can be provided in the form of:

  • Front page of a DLA/PIP letter
  • Attendance Allowance letter
  • War Disablement Pension
  • Evidence that registered visually impaired
  • Assistance Dog ID card
  • Access Card
