Mindful Running with Nick Michell from Uber Wellbeing.

Taking people on a 45 minute course around a nearby lake.

Starting with a dynamic warm up to open the body and fire up the neurons then wild running to drench ourselves in nature, awaken the senses and feel part of the tribe.
Along the way, we'll look at how to run with efficiency and grace, taking some pointers from the barefoot running movement. We will also explore the concept of mindful running, whereby we will practise the idea of being truly present in the moment as well as the connection between ourselves and nature.
To finish off, we will enjoy a full body stretch and relaxation to bring stillness and harmony to both body and mind.
