Randolph Tempest: Randolph Tempest is an actor, writer, director, poet and works part time at Tescos. Randolph Tempest is the creation of award-winning character comic/actor/writer Peter Slater who is known for his work with Johnny Vegas in the BBC TV-series Ideal and has featured in an abundance of TV-productions such as Phoenix Nights & Saxondale.
