The Little Unsaid Tickets

The Little Unsaid is a music, film and poetry project stewed up in a tiny valley in the badlands of West Yorkshire by multi-instrumentalist, producer and writer John Elliott. The music incorporates found sounds and electronics into folk-influenced songwriting, often including string and brass orchestration, whilst John's androgynous vocals weave dreamlike worlds full of red-light district lowlifes, murderous drunk lovers, apocalyptic landscapes and deranged everyday urbanites.

The latest EP 'A Filthy Hunger' was recorded in collaboration with the Southfields String Quartet and producer Brett Shaw (Daughter, Florence and the Machine) and was released in May 2014 alongside a book of new poems titled 'Impossible Sound'. Following the EP and book release The Little Unsaid will be touring the UK as a solo act before taking to festivals with a full band, making large noises in muddy fields at Glastonbury, Secret Garden Party, Larmer Tree and more.

'A giddying conflation of folk, electronica and lavish orchestration...one of the supposed genre’s grandest successes thus far' - Dots and Dashes
