**YOGA RAVE**

Where music and yoga unite

Yoga lovers experience the rhythm of the bass and bass lovers experience the rhythm of the breath.

Dance music builds behind a human mandala group yoga flow into vinyasa flow and ecstatic style until we cut loose on the dance-floor for a proper rave up, with performers and UV and led into a deep meditation to close.

UV Face-painting will be provoded so you can paint each other and glow the night away.

The yoga flow will be suitable for all levels.

Cat Duval, Nine Lives Yoga: hosting and producing the event - Yoga is her life and acroyoga is her passion. Cat runs NLY and provides yoga for every body with every body type exploring collaborative practice to connect to ourselves and each other through yoga. ***BACKSTORY***

 

Nine Lives Yoga Rave was born through the studios of Brighton and East London and organised raves with Morning Gloryville Brighton all through 2014.

 

It's been an incredible year - we had such amazing feedback from you about the Nine Lives Yoga Raves in Brighton earlier this year when over 250 yogi ravers flowed in sync together under UV lights and the effect was breathtaking. Since that we got booked on to a whirlwind Festival tour over the summer including Wilderness and Movement Arts in Olso where people connected and raved together and the UV body-paint element expanded into a whole new dimension of the experience!
