Entry to Stadium:
You must display your E-ticket or print out on entry to the stadium. Bag searches will be in operation for your safety and security.

Unallocated Standing
Entry for pre-purchased and on-the-door tickets will be permitted via the turnstiles. Catering and toilets are located near the turnstiles. Access to the bar will be via the stairs/ lift to the grandstand function room. Please note our catering team operates on a cashless system.

Unallocated Seated
Pre-purchased seated tickets can access the Grandstand via the automatic doors at the stadium. You will be issued a wristband enabling you access to Grandstand and function room. Toilet and catering will be available in the grandstand function room. Please note our catering team operates on a cashless system.

Entry condition for children:
• For all events children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18, it is the responsibility of the adult to supervise and be responsible for the actions of the child at all times.
• Children U14 will be refused entry if not accompanied by an Adult 18+.
• On arrival make sure your children are aware of their seat details, emergency exits and where the toilets are situated.
• Report any issues or concerns at the time to one of our stewards immediately. Where necessary the event’s Safeguarding Officer will provide support.

Spectators requiring accessible parking are advised to park at Holywell Fitness Centre and follow the short path to the stadium. Accessible seating is available at the stadium along with accessible facilities. Please ensure you select the unallocated seating when purchasing your ticket.
